Never have I had a bad experience.=D It's always the best!!! I don't get anything big just an egg, bacon, nd cheese crossiant. Idk how but omg it's so good, every single time!! Love this place! I can't wait to try other meals or dishes so far, I've been sticking to my usual. Lol Love the B-Nook!! Any suggestions of what else is really good??

Boy does this place suck. Prices are low and it's the highlight of the place. Service in the south I know is bad, but this was really bad. Waited 10 minutes to get sat as empty tables beckoned us to eat. Had the oatmeal which was a 2 out of 10. Three poached eggs which came out first two and then another one 10 minutes after the English muffin I had the two sitting on was eaten. Wife had veggie omelette which she liked, however potatoes were bland AND flavorless. Tough to find a great meal in these parts, and breakfast is the easiest meal to not screw up!

When I first moved to Tampa some 5 years ago, I went on a quest to find the best local breakfast places. I love brunch and could happily go out for some delicious eggs and such every weekend. During this quest, I stumbled on The Breakfast Nook pretty early on and they've been a dependable favorite for me since then. Imagine my shock then when I discovered a) while I've taken my Mom and at least 4 out-of-town visitors here, I'd never gone with my husband and b) I'd never reviewed them! One of my personal favorites is their house made sausage gravy over biscuits. The husband and I split an order on our most recent visit and they were just as delicious as I remembered. Unfortunately, I only remembered I loved them and not WHY, as my hubby is not a fan of anything with lots of black pepper. I insist that tons of black pepper is required for authentic sausage cream gravy but the hubby took a few bites, proclaimed the in-house made sausage delicious and then left the rest of the order for me. Oh darn. I went for a new (to me) menu item - the St. Patty's omelet stuffed with corned beef hash, home fries and cheddar. It was amazing and I've been craving a corned beef omelet since our beloved Central Park closed. The hubby went for the House Omelet sans green peppers. Both of us agreed their home fries are among the best - tender, well-cooked, and just enough crispy on the outside without being charcoal bits. Our eggs were well seasoned and the omelet fillings VERY generous. But the thing that made the husband the happiest was the premium selection of jellys on the table. Thank you, Breakfast Nook for buying the top of the line Smuckers selection and offering Strawberry Jam, Orange Marmalade AND Blackberry Jam instead of just Grape Jelly, "Mixed Fruit" or...the worst...Apple Jelly. I think my husband would drive up the 30 minutes to come see y'all just for the awesome toast topper options. Overall, a great breakfast option with really delicious egg and biscuit choices. They have a large outside seating area, though I usually opt to wait a little longer and sit inside. They are frequently busy busy so don't be surprised if you have a wait of at least 15 minutes. But trust me, the wait is worth it!!

My favorite breakfast spot. The pancakes are my favorite. The staff is always super nice and service is great. I love the outdoor seating and it's Fido friendly.

I used to absolutely love this place, but the last few times I've visited, the food and the service have been average. The place is small, so sometimes wait times are extreme. They've seemed to have scaled back on as lot of things, and it just kind of reminds me of a typical diner now. Prices are decent, and so is the food. I will be back, but it won't be my first choice.

Love this place...great outdoor seating and love their veggie omelet. The last two times I have come there has been no coffee in the station set up outside for you to help yourself while you wait. Also this morning I had the time to stop and get myself breakfast while my special needs daughter was at a short event at Idlewild church. Called home for my husband to see if he could meet me. They will not seat me until he gets here. I am very annoyed. I have limited time and now may not even have enough time to get myself breakfast.

Nothing fancy here but the food is good and plentiful. An old style place in many ways from the fact that it is locally owned and managed to the type of food and service you receive. While one would probably never say that it is the best place they had ever been in, I promise that you will receive your money's worth and that you won't leave hungry.

This is the kinda place that doesn't try to be something they're not. Its a breakfast joint with a short lunch until 2pm. The food is good and not complicated. I have read some other reviews where people have said it's "eggs on a plate"... ahh yeah, that's what a breakfast place is at that these prices. Service was excellent on Sunday when we visited, the hostesses (the twins) were hilarious while we waited for our table to be ready and I loved that they had hot coffee outside for you to help yourself to. Nice little touch, haven't seen that one around here. Our waitress suggested other options once I told her what I wanted which was very helpful because I seemed to have missed it on the menu and it saved us money in the long run. The coffee was full and hot the whole meal and though it was busy and everyone was packed inside because it was freezing outside I did not feel like we were being rushed at all.

Ordered the soup of the day which was chicken veggie - it was made with canned veggies and came to the table cold Cesar salad was small with a few croutons and way too much in Cesar like dressing My bubbie had the pancakes which were sizable and tasty Staff tired and contrite with all the six tables they had to serve Maybe next time we try the French toast or a Rueben

  • Sam P.

Awesome breakfast with great fast service. It looked busy but they got us right in. It has a very home cooked feel about it. The outside seating is much more spacious. The food was yummy we all are French toast with bacon and home fries...delicious and perfectly cooked. The serve your own coffee in a mug while you wait was a cute touch! We will definitely be back for breakfast soon

This is a nice local spot with indoor and outdoor seating. It was pretty busy when we went but there was a good flow with people moving in and out, so we didn't have to wait for a table and were seated immediately. The restaurant is clean, the service is good, and they have a good selection of breakfast items on the menu. The spinach (creamed spinach) and feta omlette is spectacular. Give this mom and pop establishment a try!

I always have and always will love this place Monique always has a great smile on her face no matter the stresses thrown at her at this busy hidden gem. This place deserves a five star rating for the quality of food and the excellent service I received from my server Monique today. I highly recommend her she knows this place front to back and I've seen her here for many many years. I love that this restaurant has low turnover mostly growth . keep it up breakfast nook!

I was really pushing to go to this restaurant for brunch since it came up on my Foursquare app. After driving 7 miles, on a Sunday, the place was packed. We had to wait 15 min to be seated. By the time we were seated it was noon. It took 48 min to get our food. My husband had the eggs benedict, my sons had grilled cheese, and tuna melt sandwiches and I ordered a Chicken Fried with gravy and eggs, and grits and a biscuit. The biscuit was delicious, the rest of the food was really nothing special. The grits tasted watery which was a huge disappointment, as I'd seen review stating that they made really good grits. Even though we enjoyed sitting outside, as it was not that hot and it was quite a nice day, the food and the service was disappointing. They also have a person who goes around the tables making balloon animals. Which interrupts the lunch, and conversation at the tables. Yes, I'm nitpicking, but I really hate when this happens at restaurants. Especially as they address the children rather than the parents to get the parents to tip for the thing. We'll not go back.

  • Debborah C.

I love the spinach and feta omelette. My husband likes the sausage biscuit and gravy. Their chef, Tommy is awesome too! Nice selection on their menu. When the weather is cooler we enjoy the outdoor seating. During the heat of the summer the A/C inside is pleasant. Get here early as they do get a crowd. But there's coffee on table outside to help yourself while you wait. A fun neighborhood eatery. Even enjoyed the balloon artist that was there today.

My usual spot for breakfast / brunch on the weekends has been First Watch, so it was certainly nice to get away from the "Usual" and try something different. I loved the fact that their outdoor seating section was quite large, not the usual 3 or 4 table section that you see at a lot of other places. With the weather ( Knock on wood) cooling down a bit, it's a great place to grab a meal. I'm usually boring at breakfast and stick to my go to meal: omelette . I was happy to see they offered a large variety of them and went with the Mexican Omelette. Very tasty ! The home fries were some of the better ones that I've had in the area as well. My GF got the eggs Benedict but was not very pleased with it...I'll take her word for it as that's probably all she ever orders at breakfast, so that might be the one meal to avoid. What really made this a 3 star review as a opposed to a 4 was the service. We were there on a Saturday around 10:30 AM and although, the place was not crowded, service was pretty slow. Things seemed a bit disorganized as well as 3 different servers tried to take our order and then disappeared completely. Getting the bill was an adventure in itself. Having said that,I would come back again for more of their tasty omelettes.

  • Laura H.

The food is pretty good. I love the blueberry pecan pancakes! My husband loves the eggs Benedict omelette. We have enjoyed the food both times and have gotta take out a couple times as well. The reason I only gave three stars is the service is lacking. There was a long wait for our food once seated, refills were few and far between, and my child's food was the last to be delivered to the table. The server was nice but very inefficient and slow.

I found this place on a whim, and I've been going back over and over again. It seems that there aren't many good little hideaways that just serve breakfast and brunch, but this is certainly one of them. The food is delish! I highly recommend the country fried steak and eggs. Probably the best I've ever had, hands down. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and warm. For those of you who like to enjoy breakfast outside, they do have a decent amount of outdoor seating.

Good cheap homecooked breakfast restaurant. If you want cheese filled scones and hazlenut double frapps don't come here. However, if you fancy homemade pancakes, eggs over easy and hasbrowns, etc., this place is for you.

A friend of ours recommended this place as the best breakfast place in Tampa. Since he really appreciates good food and is a bit of a cheapskate (in a good way) my wife and I went to check it out. No disappointments here! It felt like we were in an old country kitchen. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the staff treat you like family. One of the waitresses was a sweet older lady who would come by just to chat as often as she did to refill our coffee. By the time we left I felt like I had another grandmother lol. In the nicer months the outside eating area is very peaceful and quiet. As far as the food goes, homestyle cooking at it's best. I enjoy big breakfasts, and the portions served here would sate a lumberjack (or at least a a very hearty eater). You can pick from the normal menu combinations, or mix and match what you want. My wife and I can't wait to go here again!

Recently moved to the area and searching for a good breakfast spot. This is our favorite find so far. Nice outdoor seating area (lots of shaded spots). Food was tasty and very reasonably priced. Nice wait staff. Will check out other spots, but will definitely be back.

I always like trying new places to eat, especially local, non chain eateries. I'm glad to have had lunch here. It's a little confusing entering, find the sliding doors and get yourself a table or sit outside which looks serene. It takes a little while to get service as the servers like to chat with the regulars. We both had burgers, mushroom and Swiss along with jalapeño and cheese. Both were so good and juicy! Excellent, best burgers in the Wesley chapel / tampa / lutz area. We also had the best onion rings and something I never had, okra. Great lunch, looking forward to have breakfast there next week.

Nothing special here but some eggs on a plate. The service was good and the food well no real complaints. Nice little local spot! You may do better by getting there early because it will fill up. Price in check for breakfast... I would go back but rather go right down the road to Richard's Cafe.

Love this place. Great food and service every time. The outside seating is the best. Pancakes are perfectly cooked and so is the corned beef hash. Never had the lunch items I always have breakfast food when I come here. Try and get here before or after the church crowd. Lol

If the wait isn't too long, it's one of my favorite breakfast places in the area. The staff is always friendly and I love my go-to breakfast sandwich--croissant with egg whites, Swiss, and mushrooms. There are flies occasionally, which is a bummer, but otherwise a good experience.

Really enjoyed this place for Breakfast with the family! They were extremely busy, but only about 15 minute wait. You can dine inside or sit outside - which is great on a nice breezy day! I had the House Omelette with home fries and a biscuit with sausage gravy. There are so many things that I wanted to try! My fiancé had the Peach Streusel French Toast with bacon - so good! Our son had the pancakes and eggs with bacon potatoes (and gravy)! Everything was great! Only open 6a-2p and can order breakfast or lunch at anytime of the day!

I turned to my ever faithful, all knowing friend "Yelp" to find a good breakfast place in the Land O'Lakes area. The Breakfast Nook has over 40 reviews and looked like there was a wide array of reviews. Parking was simple and there was ample spaces available. This being my first visit-- I was confused when we walked in -- there is no sign that says "seat yourself or wait to be seated"-- so we headed to the back of the restaurant where the cash register and kitchen are located. The pleasant employee asked for us to have a seat anywhere. While our server Monique (super nice) was quick to get our drink orders initially -- that is where the promptness ended .We checked out the dining area & while it was clean -- the flies buzzing around were not only annoying but there were way too many. Nothing worse than trying to protect your meal from pesky flies attempting to dive bomb you. My daughter ordered the French toast with Canadian bacon and I chose the 2 egg breakfast with home fries/wheat toast. It took over 40 minutes to get our meals. My home fries were ice cold -- I did not send them back because I did not have another 30 minutes to spare. Daughter said the French toast tasted like "Play-Doh" smells. Ugh. Not sure we will be back again. Maybe it was just an "off" day, but think I will wait awhile before trying this again.

Disgusting, food wise was average had better at IHOP. There were flies everywhere it's like there part of the restaurant. I don't know how people eat here like it was okay with flies around. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Quick stop to try out a new breakfast place on the way to a cavern dive. Stuffed pumpkin French toast was just.... sploosh. So amazing, it should come with seat covers and a towel. Peach streusel pancakes were alright and bacon was cooked perfect for me. Will be back indeed.

I've been here several times and like it for breakfast. We really had a nice time sitting in their outside seating on the lawn, very dog friendly if you have a pooch. The servers are all pleasant and attentive. I usually get the egg breakfast with two eggs, grits, bacon or sausage and one of their great biscuits. The sausage is incredible. It's a meaty link type but not at all like the gray squishy brown and serve you get at a greasy spoon or frozen at the supermarket that remind me of little turds. The sausage here is almost as big as a kielbasa, very smoky and delicious. The bacon is ok but man, that is some damn delectable sausage. Their biscuits are really good, fluffy and buttery the way they're supposed to be. The grits come out perfect, nice and creamy. The coffee is pretty solid too. The wait can be pretty long if you want to eat inside but on a gorgeous day, all the better to enjoy it better! The egg breakfast is $5.99, which is a good deal. You'll leave satiated and then some.

Land O'Lakes so where to go for breakfast? Hmm..this place seems ideal. Your local breakfast & lunch restaurant brought to you by the place that's famous for dairy. Ok, not really but the city name - get it? tough crowd... The place gets busy early on the weekends so be prepared to have your name written down and wait. But not for too long, they go by quickly. The staff is friendly I must say, very helpful with the menu. As far as food, all is pretty good! I had the Staked or Loaded French Toast, sorry don't remember the exact name. But wow - very good! About 3 pieces of French Toast with Cinnamon and Vanilla extract in the middle. Very very sweet and very filling. Overall, yeah I'm a fan. If I'm in butter country, I'll come visit again!

  • Rob H.

Server (Monique) friendly and attentive. Overall environment friendly and clean, nice seating outside. Got the St. Party's omelette. Music was unexpected for a breakfast place - Joe Walsh and Isaac Hayes, was fine with me though! What's that you say? A piece of cheese melted on TOP of the omelette? Get right outta town!! The omelette was fluffy and although the canned version the corned beef hash was crispy. The biscuit and grits were average at best, orange juice just normal as well. Price was too high, but only by a few bucks. First time here so I won't give five stars no matter what. Went with three, food was ok and prices just ok too. Will go back and put to 4 stars if it's consistent.

I had my first experience here this morning and it most certainly won't be my last!! Friendly wait staff, delicious food, speedy service, and adorable restaurant! This was the best meal I've had at a restaurant in a long time! The french toast was heavenly! Full of cinnamon and sweetness :) Our waitress was so sweet and prompt. Can't wait to go back!

I never get excited about visiting the Breakfast Nook. I end up there all the time and I leave full, but I'm not happy about it. I thought we had done our research before moving to Land O Lakes. Property values, commute travel-times, school districts, growth projections....but we overlooked the biggest reason not to move to Land O Lakes: the lack of breakfast options (and the abundance of sinkholes but mostly the lack of breakfast options) The Breakfast Nook is literally the only place anywhere near our house. There are TONS of choices if you want lunch, dinner, drinks, shopping, etc. But if you want breakfast it's either The Nook or Taco Bell. Upon pulling up to The Breakfast Nook, lines out the door will deceive patrons with a mirage of quality. (remember, there's no where else to go. that's why everyone is there) It's ALWAYS packed, so expect a wait. Once seated (you will likely be outside. in the sun. on patio furniture just sitting in the grass with a small umbrella) a waitress will come over and offer burnt coffee and hand out menu's. You will flip to page four (because the first three pages are local advertisements) and see all the familiar "greasy spoon" breakfast items we know and love and want on Saturday mornings. Granted everything will cost 3 dollars more than it does anywhere else. But all the breakfast items are there. Eventually your waitress will wander back to take your table's order. The food will actually come out relatively quick once the waitress get's the table's order, and it will be hot and decent. It won't be exciting or delicious, but it will be edible. Their pancakes may slightly stand out over the other options, and have some good ingredients baked into them. I will say the portions are generous. At least you will get plenty of food. That you kind of want. I never get excited about visiting the Breakfast Nook. I end up there all the time and I leave full, but I'm not happy about it.

This place is awesome. We have eaten here twice now and the service is polite friendly and quick. Even when it was crowded and busy the service and food were great. We will be eating here a lot.

When we arrived, we were told to sit wherever we wanted. As we were starting to pull a few tables together, we were rudely admonished for blocking the station and sent outside like a dog. The table we chose was wet (at 11 a.m.) and it was covered in ants. We ended up changing tables again. When our waitress arrived, she took our our drink order, and to her credit, she did bring coffee. I ordered orange juice and the rest of the party ordered soda and more oj. The service to the table was okay, but she forgot straws. She left to get more straws, but came back to take our order and realized that she forgot the straws. We ended up getting our own straws from another table. My friends ordered fruit cups, which were fresh. Our food overall was very good. My chef's salad was delicious and fresh. My friends' burgers were done perfectly. Our waitress was, for the most part, competent. Overall, I can't complain about the food, but the service could seriously use some work. If you have a large party--more than four--be prepared to sit outside in the Florida heat.

This place is a HIDDEN gem. The service was very good (compared to Village Inn) the price was right and saw Samoa Joe (TNA Wrestler) eating there so it must be good. Wifey enjoyed our breakfast there and plan to go back at the next opportunity.

Today was the first time I had ever been to The Breakfast Nook (and I won't return). The hostess was unfriendly and acted like we were out-of-line to ask how long the wait would be. We sat outside and my chair was wobbly because of uneven legs. I switched chairs, which was fine. The girl that sat us seemed like she was completely spaced out. She could not get out of her mouth what the special was...French toast something or other with lemon..or lime..or..something like that. It was PAINFUL to listen to this poor girl. When our server came up the babbling seater asked what the special was and it wasn't anything remotely close to French toast (scratching head). Then, a truck parked close to us was honking on/off for about 15 minutes (the alarm). The alarm would sound off for several minutes, get turned off, sound off again for several minutes, get turned off..over and over again. My roast beef sandwich was underwhelming. Okra was alright (served well after my sandwich came), ordered refill of unsweet tea (they ran out-had to wait for new pitcher). Brought new servings of tea (one straw left for two people). This was just a series of little disasters and the food was mediocre. Saw lots of sketchy people smoking in the grassy area upon leaving, too. Meh.

Breakfast is my favorite meal, and since I don't wake up early enough during the week I have to fit it in on the weekends. The Breakfast Nook is always my top pick. The restaurant itself is pretty small and has a local feel. I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice enough. It's much more comfortable than the crammed dining room. There's usually a short wait for a table but they normally have coffee out while you wait. The food is consistently good and the staff is friendly. I am always impressed with their pancakes, french toast and omelets.

  • Kris N.

The food was pretty good, but it is pretty hard to mess up breakfast. I was so disappointed in the service here. Everyone was so rude and we had to wait forever to put our order in and then another long wait for the food and then, you guessed it, another long wait for the check. Won't waste our time here again.

Four stars because although what I had for breakfast was pretty typical and average, the coffee was absolutely perfect, and that's a big plus for me. I also enjoyed the shady outdoor seating option on a beautiful Sunday morning.

This is my 3rd time here. First time was good, second time I came with a small group after church and being many came after church it was crowded. There was only a small round table which they had to squeeze us in. Again, not much of a problem. However, today 3 of us stopped in for breakfast. One of us arrived 8:30 am and was asked when we were coming. It was not even 5 minutes that the waitress said that if I don't come she will have to move from the table. When I arrived after 5 minutes, the waitress asked what I wanted to drink and we were waiting for our 3rd friend to arrive. Again she asked when the 3rd was coming. We were sitting at a table for 4. She took our order and I have to say, the food came out pretty quickly. We were talking as we ate and when we finished, the waitress cleared our table and I asked for another cup of coffee and we continued talking. She came back and gave us our checks and 2 minutes later told us that we need to continue our conversation outside at the tables. There was no reason for her to tell us that since there was no line to come to eat and they had several tables free even a table for 4. We were not taking up valuable space..and I was still with my cup of coffee. After we paid and gave her tip, that is when she told us this. Also she said it loud enough that others at their tables looked at us. It was embarrassing..made us feel that we were disturbing other guests. She did not even come to apologize to us. We left and later my friend called the restaurant and asked to deduct the tip off of her check and all she said was ok...not asking why or asking what happened. It seems they don't care about having our business. The only reason I am giving it a one star review is only the fact that the food came out pretty quick..other than that..their rudeness is not acceptable. I still had my coffee and I was munching on a small piece of toast that I had not finished. All I can say we will NEVER RETURN to this restaurant and they lost 3 good customers. I will make sure I will give by word and mouth this bad review.

Had the typical egg, bacon, potatoes breakfast. Nothing special. Potatoes were burnt & very greasy! Waitress was indifferent and rushed. Ambiance? A small table in a crowded restaurant with uncomfortable chairs. Just don't think we'll go back.

Awesome food and service. Couldn't ask for anything more. I had the eggs benedict and dad had eggs, sausage, and rye toast. I found the breakfast nook on Yelp. I'm sure glad I did:-)

Adore this spot. Their omelets are my favorite and my husband loves the stuffed french toast.

I have been going to The Nook for years. It is a Lutz/Land O' Lakes staple. Great food and service. The outdoor seating is wonderful to enjoy on a breezy Florida day. I highly recommend the Western Omelet.

Food is good if you can wait long enough to get it! Last 2 times I have been here we had to wait 45 minutes + for food! Aggravating!

Amazing food, great atmosphere but the service needs work. Not very guest focused. But hey the prices are great and like I said reallllly good breakfast!

I love this place because of the fact that it's not a chain and the breakfast is really good. Sometimes the service is slow which is ok on weekends but when you are on your lunch break it can be an issue. Also the menu is 3/4 ads which makes it cluttered. Other than that the most important aspect is the food and it's good.

Service is Very important in this business... I am shocked people liked the service here as my experience was the complete oposite... We Had a young server that had no experience in customer service nor serving plus she had a foul mouth when it came to the language, this was not appropriate in a public eatery with Children with children present.

We had breakfast there during a weekday and it was great service and food. I have thought about returning during the weekend but it always looks so busy.

I've been bugging my family to try The Breakfast Nook after reading all the great reviews and seeing how crowded they always are when I drive by. We went on Saturday morning (about 8:45-9am or so) and I was so disappointed! I don't know if it's because I had higher expectations, but I really didn't think the food was all that good. I had bacon and eggs, with white toast and home fries. The bacon was hard and tasted like it was burnt, toast is toast (nothing special), and the home fries were WAY over seasoned! The only thing I actually liked were the scrambled eggs. After I had taken a few bites I realized that I was only eating it because I ordered it. Why should I eat it if I'm not going to enjoy it?. My plate was pretty much full when the waitress took it away (1.5 slices of bacon left, some eggs, all the home fries, and 3 out of 4 of the toast triangles). Probably what annoyed us the most was the sliding glass door! We sat inside, but in order to get to the outside dining area, all of the servers had to go through this door. They were busy/had their hands full - so a lot times the door was slammed shut or kicked shut with their foot, etc. When we were waiting to pay the bill, my husband said, "We really should have counted the number of times that door was opened during our meal..." So we sat there and counted the door opening 18 times in four minutes. That's 4.5 times a minute. So assuming you're there for 30 minutes to eat, you'll see that door open about 135 times! So if you go, try not to get seated at the high table by the door lol All that being said, the prices were definitely reasonable. We got two meals and two sodas and our bill was only like $18. Plus I liked how the waitress offered us a soda to-go if we wanted it. So it gets 2 stars and a 'Meh. I've experienced better.' from me. But if I ever go back I think I'll order the french toast because the guy at the table next to us had that and it looked pretty good.

Love going to this place for breakfast! My girlfriends and I like to sit outside under the trees, have their french toast, and enjoy each other's company. ;)

Food took a long time to come out, over 45 mins. It was cold when it arrived. Coffee was ok. Pancakes tasted odd. Not a good experience. If you sit outside beware of the smokers.

I really love the Breakfast Nook in Lutz! The best thing about The Breakfast Nook is the outdoor seating. It seems to be always cool there, even on a hot day. When you are eating outside, you can sometimes catch a squirrel in a tree just waiting for you to leave so he can help the waitress clear the table - too cute. This is a laid back place and their menu hits the spot.

It took an hour to have our food- they missed up two of our dishes and the cheeseburger looked so fat and gross like I made it in my own kitchen. The outdoor seating was THE best part.

Great breakfast place!! Service was great and polite. A bit of a wait because it's a small place, but well worth it!

I love this place, I have only had breakfast. I have been about 5 times, and am satisfied and amazed everytime. Next venture will be the lunch menu, im not looking for any wow factor there because the place is a breakfast place.

We came here during our visit to Tampa last weekend. One of our friends recommend this place for breakfast, we ordered house omelet and one of their breakfast combo with pancakes included. Omelet was excellent with bacon inside, the pancakes also has vanilla flavor in it. Truly different compared to franchise restaurants such as Denny's or IHOP. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a place to have a brunch. Will come here again when visiting Tampa in the future. Only reason for 4 stars, because of the par service. The waitress gave us the bill while we're still eating, which telling us to hurry. it's not that there're a lot of people waiting outside.
